Arrow Puzzle Play: Tap Away ยท last updated 4 August 2026

This app is made by PuzzlePlay. It has no accounts and no sign-up. You never give us your name, email address or phone number to play, and your game progress is stored on your own device, not on our servers.

What the app collects

Online multiplayer

If you play Ludo online, your device connects to our game server. That connection carries the display name you chose in the app and the moves you make. Your IP address is visible to the server while you are connected, as it is to any internet service; we use it only to route the match and to show an approximate country on our own monitoring page.

Matches live in the server's memory only. When a match ends the room is discarded โ€” we do not store match histories, chat (there is none) or player profiles on the server. Your own device keeps your win/loss record and the names of friends you played, and uninstalling the app removes them.

What the app does not collect

No precise location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone or camera access, no files from your device. There is no login, so nothing links your play to a real-world identity.

Your choices

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will remove it.

Services we use

Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing and the Google Play Install Referrer API. Each is operated by Google and governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's Play listing.
